Transaction Recruitment was formed by me, Danny Maddison, after implementing a methodology which successfully supported a broad client portfolio ranging from blue chip organisations to SMEs for many years. Built on honest, concise communication channels and a tenacity to deliver results I successfully delivered projects which included team restructures, relocation of offices and the formation of newly created departments. After seven years of specialising in transactional finance & payroll recruitment in my earlier career, and proudly developing the most successful desk of its kind in the companies twenty year history, it was time to reach a larger customer base. With the desire to have a wider reach and more autonomy Transaction Recruitment was born.
