- Successfully motivating a team of Credit Controllers with strong leadership skills to achieve cash collection targets
- Implementing cash collection processes to maximise productivity whilst minimising the risks of bad debts
- Cash flow forecasting
- Recruitment of team members and performance reviews
- Identifying and motivating team members to achieve their potential through training/development opportunities
- Contacting key customers via phone and/or email to collect outstanding payments
- Credit checking customers
- Setting credit limits
- Negotiating payment plans
- Starting legal processes where necessary
- Maintaining excellent customer service
- Internal & external query resolution
