  • Implementing cash collection processes to maximise productivity whilst minimising the risks of bad debts
  • Cash flow forecasting 
  • Recruitment of team members and performance reviews
  • Identifying and motivating team members to achieve their potential through training/development opportunities
  • Contacting key customers via phone and/or email to collect outstanding payments
  • Credit checking customers
  • Setting credit limits
  • Negotiating payment plans
  • Starting legal processes where necessary
  • Maintaining excellent customer service 
  • Internal & external query resolution
